Why a group class:

Group Classes helps to motivate, energize and inspire yoga practitioners. It also provides consistency to the practitioner because it gives aspirants the chance to practice yoga with friends, help each other with poses, and share experiences regarding meditation and yoga. Students learn more from these talks and progress at a higher level due to it.

Getting together in a place with a common objective to be healthy and happy is our aim. We provide this with Common Group Yoga class. Group Yoga Class is platform for all genders from age 20 onwards.

Yoga and Alternative Therapy

Alternative or complementary methods of care are being used in hospitals and clinics in growing numbers. Alternative methods are a significant and important support to healing.
